Conditions

  • A 25% deposit is payable upon booking. This is non-refundable. The remainder of the cost is due 2 months prior to departure.
  • A £100 damage deposit is also payable at this time.
  • The property is unfortunately not suitable for disabled or infirm people due to the walk to the house and unavoidable stairs.
  • Electricity is included in the price. Heating is provided by a log burner. There is an abundance of logs cut to size in the cantina!
  • The property is non smoking.
