Why not visit Tuscany for the world famous Puccini Festival taking place between May and August?

Shows are held in the stunning open air theatre at Torre del Lago on the shores of Lake Massaciuuccoli a few steps from Villa Mausoleum where Puccini lived and worked. It was his dying wish that his characters should come to life on natures stage beside the lake.
